Brad is a founder and Managing Director for Caprock Funding. He is responsible for business development, marketing, and bank and intermediary strategic alliances.
Brad has more than 18 years of experience in factoring and asset based lending which includes direct involvement in account and business development management, underwriting, auditing, and marketing and sales strategy implementation.
Prior to co-founding Caprock Funding, Brad founded White Rock Financial Group, which provides consulting and business funding solutions to small and mid-market business to business companies. Previously he served as Vice President of Business Development for Stearns Bank and prior to that Vice President of Business Development for Wells Fargo Trade Capital. Earlier in his career, over a 10-year period Brad held several positions at Fidelity Funding Financial Group, including Relationship Manager, Vice President and Business Development Manager. Brad started, managed and grew the telemarketing and direct calling division for the asset based lending division. Within the first two years more than $22MM was booked and funded in line amounts. Later, as Business Development manager for the factoring division he grew the company from inception to more than an $11MM portfolio within five years.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University. He is married with two children.
Robert is a founder and Managing Director for Caprock Funding. He is responsible for portfolio and operations management, and he is involved in business development and marketing activities.
Prior to Caprock, Robert served as the Co-Founder and Vice President of Catamount Funding, Inc, a Houston-based factoring company. While at Catamount, Robert’s responsibilities included business development, underwriting, customer support, broker relationship management, and daily operations.
Prior to Catamount, Robert served in a broad range of responsibilities at Dynegy (DYN), including business planning and development, sales, audit, and treasury.
Robert earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University and his Masters of Business Administration from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management. He is married with two children.
